About the role
As our EEA Student Recruitment Representative, you’ll be a passionate ambassador for the Essendon Education Academy (EEA), helping introduce prospective students and families to our unique dual Diploma program delivered in partnership with RMIT University.
You’ll represent EEA at career expos, school visits and community activations across Melbourne, creating powerful first impressions and meaningful conversations. By asking the right questions and truly understanding each student’s goals, you’ll help them see how EEA can support their future in sport, business and leadership.
Working closely with the EEA Student Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in generating high-quality leads, building brand awareness and shaping a strong, sustainable recruitment pipeline. This is an ideal role for someone who is confident, people-focused and motivated by helping young people take their next step.
About you
You’re confident, personable and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You’re comfortable starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions and adapting your message to suit students, parents and career advisors alike.
You take pride in representing a respected brand and know the impact of professionalism, strong presentation and reliable follow‑through. With experience in events, customer service or promotions, you bring energy, enthusiasm and a natural ability to build
rapport.
Highly organised and adaptable, you’re comfortable working flexible shifts across events, school visits and expos. Curious about education, career pathways and sport, you’re excited by the opportunity to help young people explore what’s possible for their future. If you’re a current or past EEA student, your lived experience will be highly valued and will help you connect meaningfully with prospective students.
