About the role
The Essendon Education Academy (EEA)
Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in growing
and shaping the future of the EEA.
This role is responsible for leading
end‑to‑end student recruitment and marketing activity for the EEA, driving
enquiry, application and enrolment outcomes through a compelling and highly
personalised prospect journey. You’ll bring the EEA value proposition to life, showcasing
a unique dual‑diploma pathway delivered in partnership with RMIT University,
embedded within one of Australia’s most iconic sporting clubs.
From planning and executing recruitment
strategies and events, to building strong relationships with schools, career
practitioners and community organisations, this role blends sales, storytelling
and relationship‑building. You’ll also lead digital marketing campaigns across
social platforms, contribute to website and EDM content, and use insights and
CRM data to continuously improve conversion.
Working closely with the EEA Program
Manager, Student Experience Coordinator, RMIT University and the Club’s Digital
team, you’ll ensure the EEA brand is visible, compelling and positioned as a
leading education pathway within sport and business, particularly across
Melbourne’s north‑west region.
This is a hands‑on, externally‑facing
role suited to someone who thrives on connection, momentum and making a real
impact.
About you
You’re a confident communicator and
natural relationship builder who loves connecting people to opportunities that
change lives.
You bring experience in recruitment,
sales or marketing and understand how to guide prospective students through a
considered decision‑making journey. You’re comfortable picking up the phone,
presenting to rooms full of students, engaging parents and influencers, and
following up with purpose and empathy.
Digitally savvy and commercially
minded, you know how to create engaging campaigns across social and digital
channels, interpret data, and adjust your approach to improve outcomes. You’re
organised, proactive and accountable, with a strong ability to manage multiple
priorities and stakeholders.
