Reporting to the Administration Manager and working with a team of four, you will be:
- Collating and processing of Hire Dockets to generate client invoices;
- Attending to account enquiries from clients and contractors in a timely fashion;
- In conjunction with the Administration Manager regularly monitoring the progress of invoicing totals to ensure targets are achieved on an ongoing daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Ensuring EPH meets its responsibilities to all suppliers and contractors; and
- Assisting the Contracts Administrator with invoicing for major project claims.

However, you must have:
- Experience as a Data Entry, Administrator, Receptionist and/or Customer Service Officer or similar;
- Intermediate computer literacy skills;
- Analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy;
- An action-oriented, organised and adaptable work style;
- A strong level of commitment to the wider business teams and your role; and
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually.
