As a Digital Engagement Consultant, you’ll handle customer interactions through multi channels including but not limited to:

  • Trust pilot
  • Direct social messages
  • Public social messages and comments
  • Webchat
  • Fresh desk tickets/ email enquiries
  • Incoming voice calls

As a Digital Engagement Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through web chat, email, social media, and phone communications.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively while adhering to compliance standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and concise communication.
  • Manage multiple interactions and work feeds at one time.
  • Perform testing and participate in trials when activating new interaction channels and functionality.
  • Flexible and willing to help customers during peak periods.
  • Work together as a team to achieve the desired level of customer service.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the brand and the customer experience.
  • Handle, resolve and coordinate management of customer satisfaction raised through digital channels.

What you’ll bring to the role?

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an EDA Customer-facing role.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed for 55+ words per minute and strong computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend written communication, gather relevant details to fully understand customer needs, to steer conversations efficiently towards positive outcomes.
  • Confidence in managing multiple interaction types and tasks across platforms and applications.
  • Strong problem solving and complaints handling skills.
  • Capable and compliant in both KT & Club 4X4 product, systems and knowledge.
  • Received at least a satisfactory rating in the most recent EDA performance review.
