About the role
We’re seeking a curious, proactive and outcomes‑focused Systems & Integration Specialist who thrives at the intersection of people, process and technology. As Entag continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in designing, integrating and improving the systems and processes that support our business. Working closely with leaders, SMEs and technical teams, you’ll deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, manage risk and enhance customer experience.
You will
- Lead analysis and solution design to address business technology challenges, ensuring alignment to Entag’s strategy.
- Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops to map current-state and future-state processes and translate requirements into clear outcomes.
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Strong background designing and implementing business processes using HaloPSA (or a similar IT service management platform).
- Proven experience in IT solution design, systems analysis and process improvement.
- Experience managing business improvement projects end-to-end.
- Change management experience, including communications and stakeholder adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit and document business requirements and process information.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build productive partnerships.
- Comfort balancing cost, efficiency, safety, risk and customer experience in solution delivery.
- Familiarity with integration technologies, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with business improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
- Experience in delivery of managed services.
