About the Position:
We’re looking for a Part-Time, People & Capability Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, effective P&C support across the entire employee lifecycle.
You’ll be joining a people team that partners closely with leaders to enable them and their teams to do their best work—so a customer centric mindset is essential.
This role offers variety, ownership and the opportunity to meaningfully shape the employee experience across the organisation.
You will:
- Run end‑to‑end recruitment: advertising, shortlisting, interviews, references and onboarding.
- Provide timely, accurate guidance on policies, procedures and employment legislation (with team support).
- Maintain accurate employee records and collaborate closely with payroll to facilitate onboarding, offboarding and change processes.
- Support Key People Initiatives & Capability Building.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of HR policies and frameworks.
- Assist with LMS administration and coordinate training and compliance activities.
- Manage Entag’s reward & recognition program and support organisation‑wide events.
- Identify and implement opportunities to lift HR systems, processes and employee experience.
- Support HR reporting, metrics and compliance requirements, including WHS and risk management.

- Experience in an HR coordinator, advisor or generalist role covering recruitment, onboarding and people process administration.
- Strong ability to manage end-to-end HR processes autonomously, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, reporting and WHS administration.
- A collaborative working style and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- A keen eye for detail and confidence with HRIS, LMS and payroll integrated systems in a mid-sized organisation
- Knowledge of HR principles, legislation, modern awards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and sound judgement and ability to always uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all people‑related matters.
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field (nice to have but not required).
