We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in NSW. This permanent role provides a unique opportunity to lead, oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities across solar PV, BESS, and embedded network projects.
This is a truly rewarding role in the field as our primary liaison with customers, clients, suppliers, and vendors to effectively coordinate electrical works.

As an Electrical Supervisor with Energy Bay Construction team you will:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on solar PV, BESS, and embedded network projects.
- Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant AS Standards, Project specifics, Company safety and quality standards etc.
- Provide day-to-day site leadership for electrical works, including planning, sequencing, and coordination of electrical tasks and testing.
- Supervise both internal electricians and electrical construction partners and site-based personnel to ensure workmanship meets required standards etc.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical works to verify compliance and quality.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and electrical safety requirements, including participation in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
- Communicating with customers, clients, suppliers and vendors to coordinate electrical work
- Assist with constructability reviews and provide practical input to resolve site-based electrical issues. Maintain accurate electrical construction records, including redlines and as-built information.
- Leading and managing a team of apprentices while serving as the primary liaison between project managers, engineers, delivery partners, clients, and suppliers.
You will be successful in the role if you:
- 7-10 Years + experience with a background in electrical systems or relevant technical training is advantageous.
- Holds and AQF certificate level 3 in Electrotechnology in either systems electrician or assembly and servicing.
- CEC Accreditation – Design & Install Grid Connected Systems (preferred)
- Current NSW Electrical Contractor Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Electrician).
- Holds a recognised electrical trade qualification or AQF Level 3 Electrotechnology certificate.
- Valid LVR & CPR Certificates and First Aid (desired)
- Customer focused with good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A strong leader who actively fosters participation and collaboration across the organisation.
- Valid tickets including white card, working at heights and EWP Under 11m.
- High Risk work licence (EWP/Forklift) desirable.
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders across Energy Bay Group.
