An exciting opportunity (Full-time role) has arisen and we’ve looking for a Customer Onboarding & Account Manager to join our growing Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our clients and customers experience our services—from onboarding through to ongoing account management.
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, centre managers, and customers, ensuring smooth onboarding of assets and providing ongoing support. You’ll be instrumental in delivering seamless customer experiences, driving engagement,
and identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes.

As the Customer Onboarding & Account Manager you will be responsible for:
• Account Management: Build and manage strong client relationships by responding to enquiries, handling objections, delivering communications, and providing updates on services, products, and regulatory changes.
• Support commercial outcomes through energy rate comparisons, negotiations, identifying improvement opportunities (e.g. renewables/efficiency), and conducting occasional site visits.
• Customer Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new sites, including supporting retail sign-ups, migrations, and delivering welcome communications.
• Improve customer onboarding experience by driving process improvements and identifying automation opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the key connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
• Support business outcomes by contributing to customer communications and materials while proactively identifying and escalating compliance risks.
• Project Support: Participate in business projects, workshops, and cross-team initiatives.
• Support the development and improvement of onboarding processes.
You will be successful in the role if you possess:
• Experience in the energy sector (embedded networks highly regarded).
• Background in customer service, onboarding, or account management.
• Customer-focused and genuinely care about delivering great experiences.
• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and customer-focused.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analytical and process focused, reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and active listening skills with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic and growing business with a strong interest in renewable energy.
