The role
The Head of Marketing at Endotherapeutics is an executive leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing and executing 3–5 year strategic marketing plans across the business to drive brand awareness, market penetration, revenue growth and sales enablement across Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Marketing Leader with a deep understanding of healthcare and medical devices, exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering impactful, revenue-driving marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy. This includes working closely with each business unit to improve brand awareness, market penetration and revenue, as well as conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the overall competitive landscape.
Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company’s image and reputation as a leading medical device supplier in the market and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor and inspire the marketing team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture. Act as a hands-on leader, working alongside the team on campaigns, initiatives and projects to ensure strategies are not only planned but executed with impact.
Digital Marketing and Analytics: Drive digital marketing efforts and utilise data analytics to make data-driven decisions and strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy in marketing efforts and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, i.e. healthcare professionals, suppliers, and industry partners.
Information and Business Advice: Provide specialist advice and marketing insights to key stakeholders.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget and monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation: Design targeted lead generation campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline across all business units.
Event Management: Lead and manage industry events, trade shows, conferences and customer engagement activities to strengthen relationships and showcase innovations.
About you
12–15+ years of marketing experience, including 7–10 years in senior leadership roles
Strong commercial awareness with experience shaping strategies that drive growth and business results
Event, Tradeshow and Conference experience
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that make an impact
Experienced in leading high-performing teams while being hands-on to support your team’s success
Knowledge of marketing technology, CRM, and automation tools to improve efficiency and engagement
Analytical and results-driven, with a focus on measuring success and delivering outcomes
Excellent communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the ANZ healthcare and medical devices markets and the buying influencer ecosystem
Experience in the healthcare and/or medical devices industry is highly desirable
