Electrician / Fire Alarm Technician – Construction Projects (Darwin)

Due to continued growth across commercial and industrial construction projects in the Northern Territory, Endfire Engineering is seeking Electricians or Fire Alarm Technicians to join our Darwin-based construction team.

This role is suited to candidates with strong construction experience, with the opportunity to develop further within the fire protection industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install and fit-off of fire alarm and detection systems
• Assist with commissioning and testing of systems
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics and layouts
• Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and site requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Complete documentation and obtain customer sign offs

Experience

• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent
• Construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
• Fire alarm experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently or in a team
• Must have full Australian working rights
