Job Type: 3-4 days per week, alternating Saturday

We are looking for a Client Care & Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships with clients and supporting them throughout their journey with En Gold.

About the Role:

This is a varied role combining client care and sales support, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for assisting clients with enquiries, managing after-sales support, and supporting sales within the gallery.

Your focus will always be on delivering a professional, thoughtful and solutions-focused customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client enquiries
  • Provide professional and solutions focused after-sales client care
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to track orders and deliveries
  • Assist with troubleshooting any issues and resolving client concerns
  • Support gallery sales and client consultation when required
  • Maintain accurate records in our inventory and order systems
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience with the En Gold brand

About you:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Client focused and naturally enjoys helping people
  • Calm, professional and confident managing client enquiries
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A clear and professional communicator
  • Solutions focussed with strong problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in client care, customer service, retail sales or a similar role will be highly regarded.
