TEST JOB – NPI Engineer

Summary:

The NPI Engineer plays a crucial role in the engineering team at our Macquarie Park location, focusing on the development and introduction of new products. This position is essential for ensuring that new products meet quality standards and are delivered on time, contributing to the overall success of our engineering initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead the new product introduction (NPI) process from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Provide technical support during the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues that arise during the NPI process.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools.
