About Us
Empower Construction Pty Ltd is one of NSW’s leading specialists in lightweight construction. We work with AAC Hebel, polystyrene, and a wide range of modern building products, providing professional cladding, rendering, and finishing solutions to major builders and developers.
Our team operates across Sydney, Wollongong, and into regional NSW (including areas such as Canberra, South Coast and beyond).
The Role
As a Renderer at Empower Construction, you will:
Apply acrylic and cement render to lightweight building products (Hebel, EPS, polystyrene, etc.) and also from time to time complete brick render and other render jobs.
Work on a variety of residential and commercial projects and settings.
Travel with the team to projects outside your base area when required.
Uphold our high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every site.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in rendering (acrylic preferred, but all rendering experience considered).
Strong knowledge of the building industry and rendering processes.
Hardworking, reliable, and eager to be part of a long-term team.
Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Basic tools for rendering work (specialist equipment supplied).
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for projects.

Location
Our rendering team is based in Northwestern Sydney, with travel required across all of Sydney, Wollongong, South coast and other parts of NSW from time to time.
