We’re looking for a Training & Graphic Designer to create engaging learning experiences and visually compelling designs that support our franchise network. This role suits someone who enjoys blending creativity with purpose, turning operational and campaign content into impactful, learner-focused materials that drive consistency and performance across the network.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Head of Training, this role is all about bringing learning to life. You will design and deliver engaging training experiences and create high-impact visual content that supports onboarding, strengthens operations, and enhances internal communication. You will also help evolve our learning platforms, ensuring everything we produce is on brand, visually compelling, and practical for real-world use.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Training Design and Delivery Enhance the Yoobic platform by creating engaging, practical training. Design eLearning, presentations, video content and supporting resources, translating business and operational priorities into clear, learner-focused content.

Brand and Graphic Design Develop visually engaging digital and print assets that align with brand standards. Refresh training materials to meet templates and guidelines, delivering polished, production-ready work.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Collaborate across the business to create engaging content. Support senior leaders with on-brand presentations and ensure alignment with key priorities.

Systems and Administration Support LMS management to keep content current and effective. Stay across industry trends and contribute to ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a creative and detail‑oriented designer who enjoys transforming ideas into engaging visual and learning experiences. You balance creativity with structure, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You will bring:

  • Qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Training & Development, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a graphic design, training, or blended learning role (multi-site or franchise experience highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to design digital learning content (eLearning modules, presentations, video-based learning)
  • Strong instructional design and training content writing capability
  • Advanced skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and similar)
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Video editing capability (e.g. After Effects, Canva or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
