What is the role?
This role is focused on coordinating the end to end franchise recruitment process, ensuring high quality candidates progress efficiently and professionally through each stage of the journey.
Working closely with the Franchise Development Manager, you will manage early stage recruitment activity, candidate communications, and pipeline administration. This enables the broader team to focus on strategic growth and new site opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
You will manage inbound franchise enquiries and conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and financial capacity, ensuring a high quality pipeline. You will coordinate the candidate journey from enquiry through to later stage engagement, including interviews, discovery sessions, in store experiences, and required documentation, while acting as a consistent and professional point of contact.
You will maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment trackers, monitor pipeline progress, and provide regular reporting and insights, while identifying any risks or delays. You will also ensure all recruitment activity aligns with the Franchising Code of Conduct by coordinating documentation and maintaining clear, auditable records.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Franchise Development, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Leasing to support candidate progression and recruitment initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
You are highly organised, proactive, and confident working with people. You enjoy balancing structure and process with relationship building and take pride in delivering a professional and consistent candidate experience.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in recruitment coordination, franchise sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
- Confidence conducting screening conversations and building rapport
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- The ability to manage multiple candidates and competing priorities
- A professional and solutions focused approach
Exposure to franchising or regulated environments is highly regarded.
