What is the role?
This role is for someone who understands that at The Coffee Club we are serious about connecting with both our customers and our team. So if you’re a Barista working with us you need to have the following attributes:
- A Coffee Lover – you are passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee every time;
- A Host – you anticipate and fulfil the needs of your customers as if they are a guest in your home;
- A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
- Details-Oriented – you have a keen eye for detail: from accurate order taking to store cleanliness.
This role require applicants to have flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
