The Opportunity
As Club Manager, you will be accountable for the overall success of the Coomera club, leading all key performance areas including revenue growth, team leadership, member retention, operational excellence, and club culture.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture

Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team

Build a winning culture driven by accountability, energy, and standards

Lead from the front and create a club environment people want to be part of
Sales & Performance

Drive monthly sales targets and conversion outcomes

Oversee lead management systems and pipeline performance

Execute quarterly business plans focused on growth and profitability

Manage KPIs including NMM, attrition, retention, and dishonours
Operations & Member Experience

Deliver a five-star member experience at every touchpoint

Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and club standards

Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and compliance

Resolve challenges quickly and professionally
About You
You are commercially minded, people-focused, and thrive in high-performance environments.
You know how to lead teams, lift standards, and deliver numbers without compromising culture.
What You Bring

Minimum 2 years’ management experience (fitness industry preferred)

Proven leadership success managing teams and performance outcomes

Strong sales capability with a track record of hitting targets

Confidence managing difficult conversations and accountability

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Genuine passion for health, fitness, and people development

Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
