Our Salisbury centre offers a truly unique environment, featuring an indoor swimming pool where children participate in regular swimming lessons, and a purpose-built sensory room designed to support children’s regulation and wellbeing. With a long-standing, experienced team and the support of a highly respected Senior Director, this is a centre where quality, consistency, and innovation thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of educators (Team Leader role) • Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity • Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families • Observing, assessing, and supporting children’s individual learning journeys • Supporting children’s wellbeing through sensory and regulation-focused practices • Contributing to a positive, high-quality centre culture • Supporting daily routines and smooth room operations

 

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) • Demonstrated experience (or readiness) to step into a leadership role (Team Leader) • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and play-based learning • Passion for early childhood education and child development • Confident communication skills with a warm, inclusive approach • A reliable, proactive team player who leads with positivity and collaboration

 

Requirements

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) – not prohibited • Ability to obtain a Certificate of Integration (as per ACECQA requirements) • Completion of federally mandated National Child Safe Training • Relevant qualifications and clearances as required
