Emali Early Learning is seeking a passionate Diploma or ECT-qualified Team Leader to join our Campbelltown centre. This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys mentoring others, leading high-quality practice, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
Location: Campbelltown
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educators are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As Team Leader, you will:
Lead, mentor and support a team of educators
Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
Create warm, inclusive learning environments
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Ensure high-quality practice aligned with the National Quality Framework
Complete observations, documentation and records to support NQS outcomes
Role model Emali’s values in everyday practice
About You
You will bring:
A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards
Confidence in programming, documentation and reflective practice
A collaborative, positive and growth-focused mindset
A genuine passion for supporting children aged 6 weeks to school age
