Production Team Member

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Member to join our dynamic team in Riverstone. In this role, you will be responsible for various production tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. Ideal candidates should be team-oriented and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment, playing a crucial role in meeting production goals and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: – Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. – Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors. – Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections. – Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products. – Desire to learn up to three workstations. – Maintain a clean and organized work area. – Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. – Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications: – Previous experience in screen door production or manufacturing environment is preferred. – Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. – Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. – Basic hand tools experience and ability to operate machinery. – Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary. – Start time is 5am, 6am,7am or 8am- finish time is 1pm, 2pm, 3pm or 4pm.
