Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing personalised programmes for clients seeking to return to work.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments, including vocational assessments and initial needs assessments.
• Providing expert vocational counselling and intensive one-to-one support to empower clients in their job transitions.
• Identifying and addressing barriers to returning to work (RTW).
• Offering health and psychosocial coaching to equip clients with valuable life skills and emotional resilience.
• Collaborating effectively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve positive outcomes for all.

Qualifications:

• Holds qualifications as a Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor (Mandatory)
• Min 2 years’ experience within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector
• Possesses a genuine passion for helping others and thrives in a client-centred approach.
• Comcare Accredited (Mandatory)
• Offers exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and a commitment to punctuality.
