Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing personalised programmes for clients seeking to return to work.
Conducting comprehensive assessments, including vocational assessments and initial needs assessments.
Providing expert vocational counselling and intensive one-to-one support to empower clients in their job transitions.
Identifying and addressing barriers to returning to work (RTW).
Offering health and psychosocial coaching to equip clients with valuable life skills and emotional resilience.
Collaborating effectively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve positive outcomes for all.

Qualifications:

Holds qualifications as a Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor (Mandatory)
Min 2 years' experience within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector
Possesses a genuine passion for helping others and thrives in a client-centred approach.
Comcare Accredited (Mandatory)
Offers exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and a commitment to punctuality.
