As a Contract Administrator at Elecnor you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of contracts across EPC, Operations & Maintenance, subcontractor, and supplier agreements for Solar.
The role ensures effective contract governance by identifying and managing commercial, legal, and contractual risks, advising on appropriate contractual language, and supporting project teams in delivering successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract administration across EPC, O&M, subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Prepare, review and manage subcontract packages, scopes, procurement schedules and lettings
- Manage payment schedules, progress claims, variations and delay claims in line with contracts
- Identify and manage subcontractor contractual risks
- Oversee contract close-out including completion documentation
- Support audits and reviews of subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Assist finance team with payment disputes and contractual queries
- Prepare reports on contract status and performance
- Manage completion certificates, insurances and release of securities
- Lead contract administration team on assigned projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across all project activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements
- Experience in contract administration within construction, EPC or infrastructure projects (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
