Summary:

As a Shift Leader in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your shift. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing support to team members.
