Senior ER & IR Adviser/Consultant
Effective HR is a modern HR and Industrial Relations consultancy supporting hundreds of Australian businesses through both our dedicated Project Team and our subscription-based HR Partner model.
Our HR Partner model offers a premium service that is deliberately different from the typical high-volume advisory model. We prioritise quality over quantity, taking the time to understand each client’s business and provide considered, commercially sound advice rather than rapid fire transactional responses. Our goal? To build long-term partnerships based on genuine value, where clients choose to stay with us because of the quality of the service we deliver, not because they are locked into lengthy contracts or attracted by unsustainable discounts.
As clients continue to see the value in our HR Partner service, we are looking for a strong ER/IR-focused adviser or consultant who wants meaningful work, real responsibility, and long-term growth.

Who You Are
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of their own matters
and step up to establish themself as a trusted partner and adviser.
