The Role:

We’re looking for a Print Technician to join our Shepparton team full-time.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality print support across our Managed IT and Print customer base. You’ll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for print devices and related software
  • Deliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across a range of devices
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA requirements and service delivery processes
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role
  • Strong experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices
  • Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
  • Exposure to IT environments will be highly regarded
  • Experience in production print environments will be highly regarded
  • Experience working with Canon devices/solutions will be highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current and valid driver’s licence
  • Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) for working with children
