The Role:
We’re looking for a Print Technician to join our Shepparton team full-time.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality print support across our Managed IT and Print customer base. You’ll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for print devices and related software
- Deliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across a range of devices
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service
- Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA requirements and service delivery processes
- Maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
About You
- Proven experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role
- Strong experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices
- Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
- Exposure to IT environments will be highly regarded
- Experience in production print environments will be highly regarded
- Experience working with Canon devices/solutions will be highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current and valid driver’s licence
