The Role
We’re looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to join our Toowoomba team.
This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their processes and build solutions that automate workflows, improve data visibility, and strengthen how information is managed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse business requirements and design Power Platform + SharePoint solutions
- Develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) using Dataverse and SharePoint
- Build Power Automate cloud flows, including approvals, document management, and governance workflows
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports using SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources
- Configure and administer SharePoint Online (site architecture, hubs, permissions, metadata, content types, retention)
- Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook), Azure services, and third-party APIs
- Implement and support ALM, environments, and DLP policies across Power Platform
- Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years’ experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- 2+ years’ experience with SharePoint Online (sites, lists, permissions, metadata, structure)
- Strong skills across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience working with Dataverse, connectors, and integrations
- Solid understanding of data modelling, Power Query/ETL, and reporting
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, Outlook, etc.) and APIs (Graph/REST)
- Understanding of governance, security, compliance, DLP, and environment strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with clients
- Relevant certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are advantageous
