Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this 12-month contract role will play a key role in shaping and delivering national marketing initiatives that support brand growth, demand generation and commercial outcomes.
This opportunity will suit a proven Marketing Manager from a Managed Service Provider, IT services or technology-led B2B organisation who understands solution-based selling, long sales cycles and the importance of marketing’s contribution to pipeline growth.

The Role
You will support and execute the national marketing strategy to drive market share, revenue growth and brand positioning.
This role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery across:
- National marketing planning and campaign execution
- Go-to-market initiatives across services and product portfolios
- Growth marketing and demand generation
- Brand positioning and communications
- Customer experience initiatives
- Digital performance and channel optimisation
- Sponsorship and partnership activation
- Budget tracking, reporting and ROI analysis
You will work closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Contribute to the development and execution of national marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
- Translate market insights into actionable campaigns and initiatives
- Support go-to-market strategies and oversee tactical delivery
- Manage marketing budget tracking, reporting and performance analysis
- Provide clear reporting on campaign effectiveness and growth impact
Growth & Demand Generation
- Lead integrated B2B campaigns across all relevant channels
- Drive paid social media & search engine strategy
- Oversee concept development, creative direction and campaign execution
- Align closely with Sales to drive measurable pipeline contribution
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage website performance, optimisation and content updates
- Support digitisation and marketing automation initiatives
- Utilise Salesforce (including Marketing Cloud), marketing automation platforms and emerging AI capabilities to drive personalised, data-led customer engagement and funnel optimisation
- Execute digital engagement strategies across display, social and search
Brand & Communications
- Support and evolve brand positioning in line with company strategy
- Lead B2B content development and high-impact communication materials
- Strengthen external positioning through media, analyst relations and thought leadership
- Ensure consistency across all marketing communications
Customer Experience
- Support customer experience improvement initiatives
- Assist in rollout of new marketing processes and technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the customer journey
About You
You are a commercially minded Marketing Manager with a strong track record delivering measurable growth within complex B2B environments.
You bring:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive within MSP, IT services or technology-led B2B organisations (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving demand generation and contributing to pipeline growth in solution-based businesses
- Strong experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across paid social, search and digital channels
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (highly regarded), including campaign automation, customer journey mapping and performance tracking
- Practical experience leveraging marketing automation and AI-driven tools to optimise customer journeys, personalise engagement and improve funnel performance
- Experience managing website performance, digital optimisation and analytics
- Strong B2B content and communication capability
- Solid budget management, reporting and ROI accountability
- Confidence partnering with Sales and influencing senior stakeholders
- You understand how marketing contributes to revenue in a recurring services environment. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable working in a performance-driven, commercially accountable setting.
