The Role
Based in Sydney CBD, you’ll design, build and optimise efex’s digital demand generation engine – owning everything from channel performance to martech, funnel analytics, and conversion optimisation.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to translate strategy into measurable pipeline growth, ensuring every campaign, channel, and touchpoint drives commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own demand generation & digital performance
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across all digital channels
- Develop lead nurture programs and conversion pathways aligned to target accounts, verticals & customer journeys
- Translate campaign strategy into channel objectives, plans, budgets, audience targeting and execution
- Continuously test, optimise and scale campaigns to maximise ROI
Lead martech, tracking & data foundations
- Own, maintain and continuously evolve the martech stack
- Own tracking, data, and information integrity across platforms
- Drive integration with Salesforce and marketing automation workflows
- Build a reliable attribution and reporting framework to support decision-making
Drive funnel performance & insights
- Own performance reporting, dashboards, and conversion analysis
- Identify bottlenecks and optimise user journeys, landing pages and campaign flows
- Turn data into actionable insights that improve pipeline quality and efficiency
Optimise digital experience & website performance
- Manage website performance, CRO and user experience improvements
- Enhance key conversion journeys across landing pages and content hubs
About You
- 5 – 8+ years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or performance marketing
- Experience in IT, MSP, tech or complex services environments highly regarded
- Strong across performance marketing channels, remarketing, email nurture and CRO
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (essential)
- Hands-on with tracking, tagging, CRM integrations and marketing automation
- Confident working with data, dashboards and funnel analytics
- Commercially minded – focused on outcomes, not just activity
- Strong stakeholder management across sales, marketing and external partners
