Location: Hybrid, based out of our Threadneedle Street and/or Manchester site

Established in 2015, HA has already grown to be the UK’s largest postgraduate training provider in aesthetic medicine. As providers of exceptional higher education, our main goal is to improve patient safety through our training; raising educational standards for the most widely requested non-surgical cosmetic procedures: injectables and cosmetic dermatology treatments.

Position Overview:

As an Education Officer, your duties will primarily involve supporting our students through their training programmes, from point of sale through to course completion. You will assist our students by providing guidance, helping them navigate challenges and maximise their resources. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and integrity of our educational programmes, fostering a supportive environment conducive to student success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our student body with general course guidance and learning support via phone, email, and in-person support desk cover/events.
  • Completing authentic, accurate and full documentation of all student contact, including required eligibility checks and course engagement i.e. attendance marking.
  • Ensuring an optimum experience of our students visiting the flagship academy.
  • Working with operations teams to maximise the success of our students, ensuring course attendance, completion and successful graduation.
  • Using initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, self-led or through feedback gained from our student cohort.
  • Providing Assessment support for students on any of our Level 7 qualifications, this includes:
  • Managing day to day scheduling of the company’s examinations and other assessments.
  • Supporting students in completion of assessments, through provision of general guidance.
  • Working with our Awarding Organisation to ensure we are meeting up to date guidance on assessment delivery, and to maximise the success of our students undergoing external moderation.
  • Assisting in the provision of assessments including gathering and processing evidence, performing quality assurance and supporting our Assessments Lead with administrative duties.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • An interest in understanding the challenges of working in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Articulate and confident communicator.
  • Prior experience in a professional role working directly with customers or clients.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills, and/or experience scheduling.
  • Enthusiasm for academic study.
  • Experience with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs and Drive. Experience with Excel is a plus.
  • High degree of general computer literacy, ability to adapt to new tools and services quickly.
