Description

PWDA is seeking a full-time (would also consider part-time – 4 days) experienced eLearning Developer for a fixed term contract until 30th June 2027 (with possibility to extend). This role is a hybrid role based in Sydney.

About the role

PWDA works closely with partners across disability, government, community, and education sectors to deliver targeted projects that support people with disability.

Our Strategic Projects and Training team leads key initiatives and training programs, both internally and externally.

We are seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences. You will manage our Learning Management Systems, create engaging and accessible eLearning content using Articulate 360, and ensure all resources meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including the disability community, to develop inclusive solutions.

About you

You are passionate and skilled in eLearning Development. You will also bring:

• Direct or lived experience of disability preferred

• High level expertise in eLearning program and resource design, development, and delivery.

• Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, user experience, and inclusive design practices.

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements

• Demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects and priorities in a learning and development environment

• Ability to build and manage collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Award Classification: Level 5 Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services (SCHADS) Award 2010

• PWDA pays above-award rates as per our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

• Fringe Benefits Tax benefits provides you with the option to salary package up to $15,900.
