About Thrive

Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. We are founded by our clear vision ‘Being committed to children’s futures through creating lifelong learning experiences through a rich and stimulating learning environment where children and their families feel secure and supported’.

We currently have 13 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

We are entirely Australian and privately owned and operated, employing over 300 professionals and supporting over 2,500 children.

About The Centre

Picton is one of our newest purpose built centres and is licensed for up to 64 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.

The dedicated team strive to create a positive experience for children, families, and educators and work to ensure all are nurtured to feel safe, confident and valued.

About The Role

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable educators with a completed qualification in early childhood education to join our casual pool.
