We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our
dynamic Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) team. This is a fantastic opportunity
to gain hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Early
Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role
This is a part-time trainee position (37.5 hours per week).
As a Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced
educators to support the care, supervision, and engagement of school-aged
children in before school, after school, and vacation care programs.
You will:
- Support
the delivery of engaging, play-based experiences
- Assist
with the supervision of children at all times
- Help
maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Build
positive and respectful relationships with children
- Work
collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Develop
knowledge of child development and programming
- Learn
and apply child safe practices and service policies
We provide on-the-job training and 3 hours of paid study
time per week to support your qualification and professional growth.
