Ecommerce Equation is hiring a Partner Manager (US) to build and lead our North American partnerships ecosystem. This role sits at the centre of our US expansion and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with ecommerce platforms, SaaS providers, agencies, and technology vendors that deliver real value to our member community.
You will play a key role in building our partner network across the US, negotiating commercial agreements, and launching collaborations that drive member engagement, retention, and brand growth.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to help scale a profitable, founder-led ecommerce business into North America.
What you’ll do
Build and execute the US partnerships strategy across ecommerce, SaaS, and technology vendors
Identify and secure high-value partnerships that create measurable value for members
Negotiate commercial agreements, discounts, and collaboration opportunities with partners
Own partner relationships end-to-end, from sourcing through to launch and ongoing performance
Lead the rollout of our Member Rewards program in North America
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Member Success to activate partnerships across events, content, and member programs
Represent Ecommerce Equation at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Track partnership performance and report on engagement, usage, and business impact
Stay close to the US ecommerce ecosystem to identify new opportunities and emerging partners
Ensure partnerships align with business goals and deliver clear commercial outcomes
What you’ll bring
3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or strategic relationships
Strong experience in the ecommerce ecosystem, with a clear understanding of the key platforms, vendors, and agencies in the space
An existing network of industry relationships that you can leverage
Strong commercial mindset with confidence negotiating agreements and managing external partners
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a high growth environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong organisation and follow through across multiple partnerships at once
Comfortable working in a startup style team where priorities move quickly
Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events across the US

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
