About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to lead our afternoon shift and keep operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you’ll help lead the afternoon shift, coordinate workflow and keep production running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting the afternoon production team
• Keeping jobs on track and meeting daily targets
• Monitoring quality and safety standards
• Troubleshooting issues and keeping production moving

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
