Description

Why Join New Aim

At New Aim, we’re not just running warehouses — we’re powering one of Australia’s most successful ecommerce businesses. Since 2005, we’ve grown from a small startup into Australia’s largest and fastest-growing private ecommerce company, delivering over 10,000 parcels a day and partnering with 30+ major retailers like Amazon, eBay, Bunnings, Myer and Woolworths.

Behind this growth is a national warehouse network — and you could be leading one of its most important teams.

Our Truganina warehouse is a 30,000 sqm site that keeps millions of products flowing to customers across the country. We see our warehouse teams as the heartbeat of the business. That’s why we invest in strong leadership, reward performance, and back our people with the tools and support they need to succeed.

As a Warehouse Supervisor at New Aim, you won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be in the action, guiding a team, solving real problems, and helping shape the future of our operations.

If you’re hands-on, people-focused, and ready to lead with impact — this is your opportunity to grow with a company that’s going places.
