Principal Software Engineer – Remote

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of complex software systems across all industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. They will also be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers
• Develop and maintain software documentation, including requirements, design, and test plans
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong experience in software design and architecture
• Experience leading a team of software engineers
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
