Dunder Mifflin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a fixed term basis. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support across a range of areas including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and guide business leaders on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
* Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
* Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
* Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
* Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
