We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our logistics distribution and supply chain team in Norwich. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, facilitating communication between departments, and supporting our overall business objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and assist in project management.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Support financial operations, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Organise meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
