Drug Awareness Rehabilitation and Management (Drug ARM) is a not for profit organisation committed to reducing harms associated with alcohol and other drug use. Drug ARM has been a specialist provider of alcohol and other drug services since 1980 and currently operates throughout Queensland and parts of New South Wales.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for Drug ARM’s Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) program daily routine, including scheduling, rostering and backfill of staff. Work to an established schedule, which identifies the sequences and the activities required to deliver the programs in line with the contract schedule, identifying program deliverables and resources required and align the program and activities accordingly.
The Program Coordinator will:
- Work collaboratively with senior management to ensure the operations of the program meet specified requirements.
- Regularly review the program schedule with senior management and other staff that are/will be affected by the program activities.
- Support program staff to deliver programs in line with expectations.
- Ensure quality continuous improvement through compliance with the quality management system processes.
- Support team meetings across program areas.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with QCS centres and staff and liaise regularly around scheduling, staffing and centre-based issues.
- Perform special projects as directed.
- Prepare supporting documentation and progress reports as required.
This is a part-time position of 60.8 hours per fortnight, based in our Annerley, QLD office. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Blue Card application and undergo a Queensland Corrective Services Criminal History Check.

SC1 Relevant qualifications and/or experience based on the pre-requisites for this position.
SC2 Demonstrated experience in program coordination processes of planning, staffing, implementing and monitoring across multiple sites.
SC3 Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop productive working relationships with external partners (QCS).
SC4 Experience effectively managing a team of workers to achieve program objectives.
SC5 Demonstrated high level communication skills for working with management and direct reports.
SC6 A good knowledge of, and skills in using the internet, Microsoft Outlook, and online learning platforms.
