Customer Experience Officer – Pinkenba
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our team at our Pinkenba team. In this role, you will be responsible for front-of-house administrative duties while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
About The Role
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role.
- Insurance industry experience (highly regarded but not essential).
- A commitment to workplace safety practices.
