ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Officer to join the team at our new site in Hillsborough. As the key contact between customers and the repair centre, you will ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely and aligned with company standards and values. You will enhance customer satisfaction, manage customer expectations and contribute to a positive and efficient repair experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person, via phone and email.
• Complete administrative tasks such as booking appointments, updating systems, and processing
documentation.
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Uphold our safety standards and procedures
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem solving mindset and a customer first attitude
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices and ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained.
• Must hold current and valid Driver’s Licence
