Reservations Agent

Based in Melbourne’s CBD, we’re looking for the perfect fit to help build our bookings and give our guests the best customer service they’ve ever had.

About us

We operate some of Australia and New Zealand’s favourite stays. With nine properties and more to come (hello Wellington and Auckland!) – help travellers discover hidden city gems, beautiful beaches and a likeminded community of free spirits and adventurers. 

The Role

• Use your organisational know-how to manage reservations and ensure a seamless booking experience 
• Meet enquiries with your approachable and timely expertise
• Work together with property managers to coordinate availability and special requests
• Provide best in class customer service by helping guests with their travel needs, making stellar recommendations, and swiftly resolving issues when the unexpected happens.
• Keep tip top records of bookings, cancellations, and guest information
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage promotions, discounts, and special packages.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a reservation, customer service, or hospitality role
• Strong communication skills and a talent for customer service
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Familiarity with PMS systems (preferably MEWS)
• A get-it-done and positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service
