Full-Time Pharmacist or Pharmacist in Charge

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to join our team in Gold Coast, Queensland.

Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy (dispensing, workflow, stock control)
Ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements
Lead, mentor, and support staff (including rostering)
Maintain accurate records in line with regulations
Provide high-quality clinical advice and customer service
Build relationships with local GPs and healthcare providers
Stay up to date with pharmacy practice and regulatory changes

What we’re looking for:

This role is ideal for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge or a confident pharmacist ready to step into a leadership position and make a real impact.

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
Current General AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a registered pharmacist
Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge, or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong people leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A patient-first mindset and commitment to high-quality care
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
