About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident full time Bartender to join the team at our hotel bar — where great drinks and great service go hand in hand.

Whether it’s crafting cocktails for guests, pouring a perfect glass of wine, or being the friendly face they remember from their stay, you’ll play a big part in creating an unforgettable hotel experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Serving drinks with speed, style, and a smile
  • Mixing cocktails (the classics + our house favorites)
  • Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
  • Bringing good vibes and top-tier customer service to hotel guests and visitors
  • Working closely with the wider hotel team to keep things running smoothly
  • Working a consistent roster for work/life balance

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Have bartending or hospitality experience (hotel experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Are polished, personable, and calm under pressure
  • Are comfortable engaging with guests in a professional, friendly manner
  • Can work full time across evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Take pride in great service and attention to detail
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Full working rights, RSA and Food Allergen Certificate
