About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, confident full time Bartender to join the team at our hotel bar — where great drinks and great service go hand in hand.
Whether it’s crafting cocktails for guests, pouring a perfect glass of wine, or being the friendly face they remember from their stay, you’ll play a big part in creating an unforgettable hotel experience.
What you will be doing:
- Serving drinks with speed, style, and a smile
- Mixing cocktails (the classics + our house favorites)
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
- Bringing good vibes and top-tier customer service to hotel guests and visitors
- Working closely with the wider hotel team to keep things running smoothly
- Working a consistent roster for work/life balance
What you’ll need to succeed
- Have bartending or hospitality experience (hotel experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Are polished, personable, and calm under pressure
- Are comfortable engaging with guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Can work full time across evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Take pride in great service and attention to detail
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Full working rights, RSA and Food Allergen Certificate
