Production Operators – Broadmeadows (Casual)

About the Role

Based at our Broadmeadows site, you’ll be part of a team delivering high-quality food and beverage ingredients every day. We are looking for experienced Production Operators from food manufacturing environments to join the team.

This is a hands-on role where safety, quality, and consistency are critical. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality food and beverage ingredients, working closely with the Production Supervisor to meet daily production targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow production plans and team direction to meet daily targets and customer requirements
• Operate and monitor equipment in line with SOPs, GMP, and HACCP standards
• Complete batch records and documentation accurately to support quality and compliance
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot basic issues to keep production running smoothly
• Handle materials safely, including Dangerous Goods where required
• Work closely with the team to support production flow and meet deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food manufacturing or food production environments (strongly regarded)
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and quality standards
• Switched-on, reliable, and committed team player
• High attention to detail with a “gets it right the first time” mindset
• Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks (lifting up to 15kg and more)
• Forklift licence (desirable & beneficial)
