The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the People and Culture Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support the entire business. This position will play a key role in shaping and supporting a high-performing culture, ensuring the EVP is on point and developing future leaders.
About the Role
This generalist role provides responsive, customer-centric support across the full function of human resources. Key responsibilities include:
providing day-to-day support across the entire HR function, including recruitment, induction, leave management, resource coverage and payroll
advising management on a broad range of HR matters, including attraction, retention and performance management
building strong, trusted relationships with staff through the delivery of professional and pragmatic advice
actively contributing to and driving people and culture initiatives aswell as operational needs
developing policies, identifying risk, and recommending enhancements to procedures and practices
coordinating training programmes to upskill staff and aid career development
undertaking people and culture related projects
general HR administration
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
generalist HR experience, including end-to-end recruitment and performance management
experience advising management on a broad range of people and culture related matters
a high attention to detail with a passion for delivering work to a high standard
the confidence to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
an ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
an engaging and professional manner with a proactive approach
tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
