The Opportunity
Our conveyancing team is growing with the introduction of “Beyond Conveyancing” by
DMAW Lawyers. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to
support our team. It’s an exciting time to join the firm!
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- opening and managing residential conveyancing files
- ordering relevant searches
- assisting with commercial conveyancing files and land division
- preparing and checking Form 1s
- drafting LTO documents and in PEXA
- matter liaison with all relevant parties to the transaction
- preparing settlement statements
- reviewing executed documentation
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- prior experience running conveyancing files
- high attention to detail with a passion for delivering work to a high standard
- strong organisational skills and a collaborative team approach
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- an ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
