Casual Waiter / Waitress – Fine Dining

We are looking for friendly, professional, and passionate waitstaff to join our team in a premium dining environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and seat guests professionally
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide attentive and personalised table service
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages
• Recommend dishes, wines, and specials to guests
• Communicate dietary requirements and special requests clearly
• Serve food and drinks to company service standards
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and RSA requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, ideally in fine dining or premium hospitality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Valid NSW RSA Certificate
• Full Australian working rights
