The Role: Assistant Store Manager | Warringah
Co-pilot DISSH’s iconic location at our DISSH Warringah Store. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, visually emulating the brand vision and mission, providing exceptional customer experiences and executing on all operational management activity.
This is a dynamic role suited to an ambitious leader. This role will allow you to take ownership of your space and think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore new ways to lead your team and store to success.

On your first day we’d expect you to already have:
- 2+ years experience in retail fashion (retail leadership experience highly regarded, but not required)
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
- A dynamic and hands-on leader who loves motivating and coaching a team to succeed whilst leading by example doing the same
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- A passion for the DISSH brand, vision + mission and ability to embed this within a team
